Booking someone shouldn't feel

What actually happens when you book through Relo, in plain English.
01 Checked
Pros apply before they can take a booking
To join Relo, a pro sends government ID and a selfie we match against it, plus their qualifications and insurance wherever their work calls for it. Anything we can't confirm automatically goes to a person on our team.
Example: a personal trainer's application with all four checks passed. Government-issued ID matching the application, a selfie matching the ID photo, and an in-date Level 3 Personal Training certificate and public liability insurance.

02 Paid
You pay through Relo Pay, never by bank transfer
The price on a profile is the price you pay, with no booking fee on top. Your card details go to Relo Pay, not to your pro, and every session is itemised in your account.
Example checkout: one 60-minute personal training session at £60.00, a transaction fee of £1.12 and a total of £61.12, the price shown on the profile, paid with Relo Pay.

03 Protected
Plans change. The rules are clear before you pay.
Each pro sets a cancellation window, shown before you confirm. Cancel before it closes and you're refunded in full, automatically. If your pro cancels, you're always refunded in full.
